Beginner RollerPole Workshop with Leah
Saturday, March 15th at 2:20PM
In this class, students will learn how to incorporate pole dancing with rollerskating! The class will review basic skating techniques, try basic pole tricks in skates, and work on drills to increase confidence in skates. Students will also get to learn tricks and fun variations specific to rollerpole! There will also be plenty of time to play and take videos!
Prerequisites: Pole Level 1 minimum is required, but skating experience is not needed!
If students have their own skates, they can bring them! Skates that have outdoor jelly wheels and bearings (softer wheels than the hard, indoor wheels) are ideal, but any type of quad skate will do.
Studio has women’s sizes 5, 6, 7, 7.5, 8, 9 and 10 but only one of each size to borrow. Please message Leah at 719-648-5563 if you will need to borrow skates so she can check your size availability and reserve them for you!

Intermediate Pole Heels Choreo with Sydney
Thursdays at 5:00PM
Students can expect to learn a sensual, low flow and floor work choreo that focuses on finding flow through dynamic movement, musicality, and attention to detail. With that being said, each trick can be switched out for a more beginner level or comfortable alternative as this class is open to bodies and strength levels of all types.
Students are highly encouraged to bring their heels. Please note that this intermediate choreo will often draw inspiration from Sydney’s Beginner Choreo that she teaches on Tuesday afternoons, adding an intermediate twist to a beginner level choreo taught each week.
Prerequisites: It is highly recommended to have taken at least one level 2-3 pole class and have a familiarity in dance technique. It is encouraged for students to attend Sydney’s Beginner Choreo class first if they are not accustomed to taking choreo classes.
